HHI envisions a world where all children are touched,
nurtured and loved by women empowered to actively
contribute to their families and communities

The Board and Staff want to take this opportunity to thank our Founding Donors and Outstanding Volunteers ~ their contributions are making a difference!

HHI is a newly formed organization and we are off to a quick start in building a powerful base of donors, volunteers and partners. HHI will begin to touch the orphaned babies and the lives of impoverished women by beginning our efforts this September in the tsunami-devastated area of South India. Partner organizations are lining to up to be invovled in this effort. HHI’s partners include: Journeys of the Heart, a U.S.-based adoption agency; MASOS, an orphanage in Chennai, India; Voice of Human Rights – Tamil Nadu, a grass-roots women’s advocacy group; and Utah State University, providing research and evaluation of HHI’s efforts. Together, we will bring employment to 25 women and healing touch and nurturing to 100 needy children.

These goals are becoming realities due to the generous support of our Donors and Volunteers. We would like to invite YOU to join us in this exciting creation ~ your contribution will literally touch the lives of orphaned babies and impoverished families around the world.
